About

A background shaped by consequence.

I have spent much of my working life in environments where reality answers quickly. That has formed the way I think about selling, persuasion, performance and responsibility.

The short version.

I’ve closed high-ticket offers over Zoom, sold 15–30 boxes a day door-to-door on full commission, sold B2B to business owners, and spent more than a decade across sales, training, management and business development.

Those environments have made rejection, uncertainty, direct asks and measurable outcomes normal. I’m comfortable entering a conversation without knowing exactly how it will end, and still moving it toward a clear decision.

I also do not see the sales call in isolation. I pay attention to why the prospect showed up, what the marketing promised, how the offer is positioned, and whether fulfillment can support the sale. Understanding what happens before and after the call makes me better inside the call.

I have also been on the founder side.

I built a high-ticket coaching business where clients were enrolled through sales calls, then hired and trained a closer to support enrollment. I later closed that chapter and moved into other sales and business work.

The experience stayed with me. When a founder hands a closer a qualified lead, they are not merely handing over a calendar slot. They are trusting that person with the offer, the customer relationship and the reputation behind it.

Faith and persuasion.

My Christian faith shapes how I sell. Understand the person. Tell the truth. Make the ask. And don’t close someone into something they should not buy.

I do not believe ethical selling means being passive. It means understanding people well, telling the truth clearly, challenging avoidance when necessary and refusing to manufacture a decision that should not be made.

What I want now.

I’m not looking for a temporary sales seat. I’m looking for the right offer and team to become exceptional inside, somewhere call review, feedback and performance matter, and where trust and responsibility can compound over time.
